چکیده
Supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC), combined with mass spectrometry (MS), was employed for the determination of five chiral fungicides, from two different chemical families (acylalanine and triazol) in wine vineyard soils. The effect SFC parameters (stationary phase, selector, mobile phase modifier additive) resolution between enantiomers efficiency compounds ionization at electrospray source (ESI) thorougly described. Under final working conditions, separations selected fungicides were achieved using SFC-MS methods, an analysis time 10 min factors 1.05 to 2.45 enantiomers. In combination solid-phase extraction pressurized liquid extraction, they permitted enantiomeric target soils limits quantification low ppb range (between 0.5 2.5 ng mL?1, 1.3 6.5 g?1, soil, respectively), overall recoveries above 80%, calculated solvent-based standards. For azolic (tebuconazole, myclobutanil penconazole) soil dissipation transfer vines wines non-enantioselective processes. Data obtained acylalanine confirmed application metalaxyl (MET) as racemate R-enantiomer. fractions (MET-S/(MET-S+MET-R)) this fungicide varied 0.01 0.96; moreover, laboratory degradation experiments showed that relative rates MET depending on type soil.

Determination of pesticides in soil samples by supercritical fluid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation mass spectrometric detection.
This paper presents an analytical technique for the determination of pesticides in soil by packed-column supercritical fluid chromatography interfaced with atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation mass spectrometry (pSFC-APCI-MS). The technique provides a versatile method for the detection and quantification of pesticides belonging to three different commonly used classes, triazines (ametryne, ...

high pressures also requires special equipment. In summary, both RESS crystallization and SAS crystallization appear to be promising methods for generating supersaturation and therefore represent alternatives to conventional crystallization. Such alternatives may prove attractive in applications such as polymer and pharmaceutical processing, or in particle design for drug delivery. It is possib...
